As an extension of Reingold’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion branding, the Safe Space Chats initiative supports an internal program focused on fostering an inclusive workplace where employees of diverse backgrounds are seen, heard, and supported. Safe Space Chats is a companywide initiative to create a safe culture among employees where various topics such as mental health, cultural biases, improving workplace partnerships and emotional impact of the workplace environment among many other topics can safely be discussed among staff at Reingold Inc. The brand system also reinforces education around respectful and mindful practices within an evolving work environment. It is branding that spoke to the company goal of creating a safe space for employees to express themselves with authenticity and mutual respect.
